Replacement & Refund Policy

When you’re happy, we’re happy. Guru Ek Number stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase. Please note, we are not a regular fashion brand. All designs are specially customized and made exclusively for you. Any return which comes to us can’t be sold to any other customer that’s why we try our 100% to give you a high-quality product to make you 100% satisfied.

But the customers can return there order within 7 days of the order delivery in the following cases only.

  1. If the t-shirt is defective.
  2. If we have sent you the wrong size or color.
  3. If we have sent you some other shirt by mistake.

Note – Please note that a t-shirt cannot be returned once it has been washed.

Defective Garments

In case of any manufacturing defect, you can return your product within 7 days of the receipt of the same.

You can choose from the following options

Exchange for a new product

Exchange for a voucher which you can redeem in your future orders

Garment Size / Color Replacement Policy

Make sure of your garment size/color before u buy a garment.

Our size/color replacement is applicable only for plain blank garments.

All our printed/embroidered garments are custom made as per your request.

They are produced upon your order and cannot be sold to anyone else.

So, we do not offer size replacement for any printed/embroidered garments.

We have displayed our size chart on each and every page.

Make sure of your size/ color before u buy a printed/embroidered garment.

If you want to buy many of our printed/embroidered garments,

we suggest you buy 1 quantity first to assure ur size.


Due to the unique nature of all custom made orders (any designs, images, logos, characters or special merchandises which are used), cancellation is not possible, however replacement will be arranged if the product is deemed defective (see above).

Late Deliveries

Please keep sufficient buffer to avoid delayed deliveries.

We offer free shipping via road cargo and try to deliver within 2 weeks but we can’t make any guarantees. This may be due to reason relating to design issues, product stock and delivery times. If your order doesn’t arrive in time for a birthday, wedding anniversary or the farewell party of your colleague, this does unfortunately not constitute a reason for a return. If you need something super-fast, request for the Air delivery (at an additional cost) if available at your location to get your order as fast as possible.

Claim Process

Replacement queries have to be sent through e-mail only.

You can e-mail us at regarding your replacement query.

You have to send the product back to us at your cost for a replacement.

We don’t have a reverse pick-up facility.

In case of refunds, all refunds will be made thro payment reversal to your payment mode.

We respond to all queries during Monday – Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

We do not respond to queries on Saturdays, Sundays & All National / Regional Holidays.


Since we don’t keep inventories and all our products are made in order, it’s not possible for us to exchange the size or refund the money after the order has been dispatched.
